Check-in: Any time after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
First time guests are required to present a photo ID and sign paperwork at check-in. Payment is required during this time.

Health Screening
We ask families to be aware of the fragile health of those who stay at HavenHouse. Should you or anyone else coming to HavenHouse develop cold or flu symptoms, or become exposed to chicken pox or shingles, please reschedule your visit or make alternate accommodations.

Getting to the Hospital
The HavenHouse shuttle is available to assist families with getting to area hospitals. The shuttle is available four times per day during the week and three times per day on the weekends.
