Part-time Overnight/On-call House Manager

The Part Time House Manager performs various guest-related, minor clerical, and housekeeping duties which includes responsibilities for: guest relations in the areas of registration and departure; housekeeping, described generally as moderate, but at times, strenuous, and 24 hour customer service for families living in residence while traveling to St. Louis for medical care. A person in this position must be mature, have excellent people skills, and be able to manage crises. A person in this position must also have the temperament to manage emotionally stressful events involving guest families. The ability to problem-solve and to maintain quality assurance service standards is essential. Good organizational and time management skills are requisites. The ability to multi-task, to coordinate activities among families, volunteers, community partners, and agency staff, is important. A person in this position must be flexible and enjoy serving other people.
