Stephen M. Durbin:  Stephen joined the board in May 2009.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Millikin University and a law degree from Saint Louis University.  He is a senior associate at the law firm of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C, and his practice focuses primarily on business litigation, with a particular emphasis in antitrust and environmental law.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and he currently serves on the Associate Development Committee at Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C.  He also serves as a trustee for the Southcrest Homeowners Association.
