Staff
With only a small staff of 7 full time employees, HavenHouse operates around the clock and is available to families at any moment needed. Our team, led by Kathy Sindel, Executive Director, Paula Kinney, Director of Services, and Amy Hilkerbaumer, Guest Registration Coordinator, enthusiastically greets every family and is ready to help. They have worked together to develop services that individualize family needs and emphasize caring and respect. With the support of the Hospital Relations Commitee, they have advanced services to include shuttle 4 times daily and have incorporated Master level students from the major universities to assist families with special transportation needs, individualized support, and access to community resources.
HavenHouse could not fulfill its mission to serve without the extraordinary help of more than 1,800 volunteers each year that commit time to filling many of our daily needs.
