HavenHouse St. Louis is a hospital guest house with the mission to provide the comfort of home and a community of support to patients and their families traveling more than 25 miles to receive medical care in St. Louis.

A hospital guest house offers safe, affordable lodging for patients, families, and caregivers. It provides a supportive environment for rest and recovery during medical care away from home. It’s a comforting home-like space where families can focus on what matters most, find support, and breathe easier during difficult times.

Breakfast & Dinner
Offering breakfast, dinner and a complimentary self-service grab and go selection of snack and drinks for our guests 365 days a year. Never worry about where or when to find your next meal as you juggle appointments, meetings with your medical team, and long days at the hospital.

Low-Cost Lodging
Thanks in large part to our donors we offer the safety, lodging and all amenities to our guests for $50 (room rate)/$65 (apartment rate) a night.

Family Shuttle
Our family shuttle is operated on a first-come, first-served basis with planned departures 3 times per day to select surrounding medical facilities.

Clean, Updated Rooms
Our housekeeping team works tirelessly to keep the building clean, including rooms after check out. The team ensures that all rooms are cleaned, restocked and ready for the next guests. All of the rooms have an attached full bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy.

Staffed 24/7
Staff is onsite 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. If anything comes up during your stat you will always find a supportive member of our staff to assist you and your family.
