As the Chief Technology Officer at Daugherty Enterprises, I lead the technology of our flagship product, Better Path AI, a cutting-edge immersive AI training & simulation platform designed to help caregivers, first responders, customer service professionals, financial advisors, and more practice communicating through challenging situations while ensuring empathy, clarity, and confidence.

I’ve experienced the importance and value of practice throughout my lifetime, whether that be when learning from my family’s caregiving experience serving my grandfather (who suffered from Alzheimer’s) and reflecting on what we wish we’d practiced, or from the many aircraft pilots that I’ve had that chance to help practice a variety of difficult situations through flight simulation, or from the thousands of hours I practiced multiple skills as a basketball player, or from the thousands of hours invested in practicing vital skills in software engineering & architecture.  I’ve been inspired learning from the practice that others put in to be prepared for moments that matter most, in a variety of professions and life situations.

With over 30 years of experience in Technology, I've had the privilege of working with top organizations like Boeing, Bayer, Edward Jones, and EverTrue. My expertise spans a wide range of industries, including AI, Simulation, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government, Professional Caregiving, Agriculture, Aerospace, Insurance, and Facility Management.

As a passionate technologist, I'm dedicated to applying and optimizing technology to best help people succeed.

I'm passionate about making a positive and significant impact in my St. Louis community and am inspired by the others in our community that are committed to the same, especially for the Haven House.  The Haven House commitment to serving Patients, Families, and Caregivers through providing Lodging, Delicious Meals, and Transportation to thousands of families from near and far, with grace and excellence, is one that I’m proud to be a part of.
