  • Front and rear lots are available for guest parking, wheelchair accessible ramp is in the front parking lot.

  • Doorbells are located at both front doors, shown in the image with a red bell icon.

Any time after 2:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT
By or before 11:00 a.m.

    • All guests over the age of 18 will need to provide a valid and current photo ID

    • Payment for your stay will be taken at this time. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Please bring your exact amount if paying with cash as we do not keep cash on site.

    • Guests with vehicles will need to provide the license plate and Year, Make/Model and Color of their vehicle.

    We do not allow the following:

    • Smoking anywhere other than the designated smoking area to the east of the house.

    • Possession or use of alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana or prescriptions.

    • Pets or emotional support animals - service animals (ADA) are allowed.

    • Loitering or trespassing and harassment or intimidation of other guests or staff

    • Theft or misuse and damage of HavenHouse St. Louis property.

  • During your reservation booking call and confirmation call, staff will confirm who is booked for your stay. Additional guest or visitor requests will not be allowed following your confirmation call for the applicable stay. Visitors and all adult guests will be evaluated under the Safe Environment Eligibility Qualification policy.

    • Visitors are prohibited from staying over night or using guest amenities.
